Payday is free free today right? I can 'claim' it now and download and play it later on like they did with Sniper Elite v2?

So Saints Row: Gat out of hell. It just popped up for me, and I hadn't heard a thing about this. Is this some sort of stand-alone game, or a really big DLC for saints row 4?

Which Killing Floor DLCs have content that's actually useful in game? Mainly new guns.

CharlieFoxtrot posted:So for XCOM is any of the other DLC worth getting, or just Enemy Within? I heard that Slingshot just gives you a "hip" "badass" character, which is what I really want in my squad-based tactics game Dunno where you heard that, there's nothing "hip" about Zhang. I suppose he is meant to be badass, but he only has one brief cinematic and about 10 lines of dialogue. The new missions are ok and passing them gets you an early battleship to loot. If that doesn't strike your fancy, there's also a bunch of new hats to dress up your mans in - The other DLC, Elite soldier pack, also has a bunch of hats and armour customisation options.

Payday 2 had an update earlier this year to reduce the download size to 10GB or so. Also it's one of the few games that was worth the 30GB download.

I cleared out a full TB of space on my Steam drive out of video games I haven't played in months. It was somehow liberating.

Even though I could use SAM, I keep games installed that might show up on Playfire just cause I actually do like to do achievements if there's a reward, like the summer camp gimmick from the old Steam summer sale a few years ago. So that's why my drive is that large. I also have games set aside that I plan to go back to, to do some of the sidequests and DLC content (Cold Cold Heart in Arkham Origins for example). Luckily I do buy some games on Origin and uPlay so when those are done they can just be ripped off like a bandaid.
