Their appearance at LA Podfest this year is great, if anyone was wondering about shelling out some bucks for the videos. Brian Stack is exceptionally game, and it contains my favorite Gourley-ism ever. "Take it easy everybody, I gotta go, they're showing Show-Me-Down at the huhhhhhhh-buhh"

I just realized today that when Matt Gourley (as Ian Fleming) says what sounds to me like "jammy achin'" what he's actually saying is "Jamaican". I didn't even think about it before, I just put it in with all the other crazy nonsensical poo poo he says.

"Do you have that here? Nonsensical poo poo?"

(Gourley as Fleming on the dead authors podcast is great)

Edit: holy poo poo, new james bonding podcast which will doubtless have even more Fleming insanity.

Gourley's new podcast "I Was There Too" is pretty fun as well - interviewing people who played smaller parts in big films. First guest is PFT, as is required by podcast law, but the second episode is Ricco Ross from Aliens, and it's a pretty great interview.

Yeah, it was at the autograph junket after "The Thrilling Adventure Hour," but he was really nice and talked with me and my wife for a couple minutes. I told him he and I share a love of Peter O'Toole, so he signed my TAH graphic novel, then added "NO PRISONERS!!!":neckbeard:

I didn't think it was as strong as the first two episodes of the season but whatever I'd take a weak Superego ep over any other podcast ep. Except maybe a PFT SPY.
