At the time of Borderlands 2's release, three are known: Lilith, Maya, and Angel. Outside of the games, Borderlands: Origins issue 2 confirms fan speculation that the Crimson Lance leader Commandant Steele was the fourth Siren until her death. So the 4th siren is a baby. That'll probably figure into the plot at some point. If they have any perceptive writers that is.

Killing Jack would be entirely understandable...BUT THEY DIDN'T. And Lilith even knew he wouldn't die from just the punching, because she quips at him afterwards! As I see it this is what people mean by the BL1 Vault Hunters being less sympathetic: not because Jack was super justified, or even because of the actual betrayal (since morals are bunk in Borderlands anyway), but that they seem to have brought everything on themselves out of stupidity. And it's almost certainly unintentional because even though Lilith is supposed to be in the wrong the ending conflict is clearly meant to be "Lilith can't forgive Athena" not "Lilith regrets secretly causing 5 years of misery".

Dyz posted:http://borderlands.wikia.com/wiki/Siren I don't think Jack meant that he KNEW the replacement Siren for Steele, but he knew Steele was a Siren and knew her replacement was either not born, or a tiny child. This was stated in an Echo where he was yelling at bandits who kept bringing him fake sirens with tattoos drawn in marker, and he could tell they were fake because he knew 4 of the 6 (Maya, Lilith, Angel, Steele) so unless the bandits brought him either Lilith or Maya, it was highly unlikely they were going to fool him into thinking they found Siren 5 or 6. Edit: Actually, just listened to the echo recordings again, he says he knows of 3, so I guess it doesn't matter if Steele is a Siren or not (though she kinda has to be, or she couldn't have rebuilt the key or used it to open the vault with telekinesis, while the tattoos on her arm were glowing) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HB2X3IDaNhg Skandranon fucked around with this message at 01:12 on Oct 24, 2014 |

There's three different colorblind modes, see if any of the other ones help. At the very least it'll put [Blue] and [Purple] etc. on the tooltips. Then again I have it turned on and can barely tell green, orange, and currency beams apart.

Just posting to say I am infinitely disappointed that Nisha's skill doesn't affect the spread of the Wombat shotgun. Sweet a gun that does splash damage that fires everywhere except the targeting reticle. The other Torgue shotgun reward was exactly like this one too. gently caress Torgue, give me more lasers.

The Torguemada is amazing. Just because the initial shots miss doesn't mean that the clusters won't completely murder everything.

There's an option in the cheatengine table for slot machines, but all it ever does is make them stop working entirely. The Rokstar posted:Either Nisha is glass cannony as hell or I'm just not using the Law and Order tree right. You're definately not using it right, Law and Order has a ton of health regen. Once you have Blood of the Guilty, you should be getting +5% health per kill, as well as Order healing you (potentially) every time you take damage. A fast recharging shield is good here, as damage to your shield will still trigger Order and heal you. If you add in Bona Fide Grit, you'll have even more health regen. Focus on getting to max Order stacks as quickly as possible by gravity slamming whenever you get the chance. To qualify, I just finished the game as a Law and Order Nisha, and didn't die once on the RX5 fight (also didn't cheese it by hiding in elevator), and also didn't die fighting any of the bosses in the vault.

So while I was messing around in the "Research and Development" map a few minutes ago, I had a side quest open (the one where the scientist hanging out in the rocket area sends you around to collect animal parts). Wolf ended up glitching through a glass wall and ended up killing a bunch of Stalkers, which caused them to drop their wings (required for the side quest). But, since I couldn't immediately access the area where the wings had dropped, I just went off and started searching for Vault symbols and cameras to destroy. After several minutes, the quest giver pops on to chatter about stalker wings, and then I realize that the wings are automatically being added to my inventory. Is this some feature I was unaware of? Does the game automatically give you dropped quest items if you take too long to reach them? I wonder if it's to prevent people from permanently losing critical items because they fall off cliffs or into pits or whatever.

If you quit the game and reload the level the quest items will respawn close to where the thing that dropped them was. I had a similar problem with the posters for Springs, and the one offending item respawned on top of the building where the guy was once I reloaded the map.

I love when quest items just rocket off into the sky unaffected by gravity. The low grav loot explosions SEEM pretty cool until you realize how annoying and impractical they are. edit: Removing the localization files to cancel all dialogue scripting works in this game too, thank god. I really like what low grav does for the combat, but I think my absolute favorite thing about the moon setting is that ammo boxes in no atmosphere environments launch their contents directly into your body rather than forcing you to hold the use key, which gets excruciatingly tedious after the ten thousandth box. I just completed the Tiny Tiny DLC for Borderlands 2 and I love the breakable pots full of ammo that are EVERYWHERE for the same reason.
