also it's really good, you don't really have the same initiative to take over the city like in previous games but the missions are really fun & weird and take you to a bunch of different planes of existence it's weird and really fun

Notorious b.s.d. posted:this game looks scary instead u create missions, which are things like "patrol this area and engage <ground/sea/sub/radar/whatever> targets" or "go between these waypoints and support (which means refueling or eccm)" or "attack these targets". u then assign units to a mission, and pretty much let the AI take care of the rest. there's some spergy stuff involved that u might not normally think about in other rts games like the way eccm works and the fact that active radar and sonar emissions works both ways, but otoh it doesnt have spergy traditional rts stuff like build orders or economy
