Just popping in briefly to say I just started S1 on Netflix and it is loving amazing. Just finished E15. I still can't believe Captain Jack Harkness is in this and that I never knew about it until starting the show. Awesome. Now time again to avoid this thread until I catch up.

Honestly, other than that ending and some of the cuter interactions, I thought the episode was pretty mehh. For an episode that's supposed to be Felicity's day in the sun, it didn't really change my opinion of her in any special way. No great revelations or insights into her character. Everyone saw Felicity's Evil Ex coming from a mile away, and when it did come it was just cringeworthy. And unless the whole Brother Eye thing comes back later on (which it might, and should), it was a pretty lame-o use of that concept. And is it just me or are they kinda skimping on the fight choreography this season? "WATCH in THRILLING SUSPENSE as Arrow and Arsenal RIDE THEIR BIKES down to THE BANK and shoot TWO WHOLE ARROWS!" "BEHOLD THE fearsome motion sensing gun THAT MISSED every SHOT!"
