I dunno why it just became accepted that dogs are always thinking "IM A DOG!", but I agree whole heartedly.

muscles like this? posted:There's also the story about how he was going to meet with some PBS executives and they sent a limo. Of course he rode up front next to the driver and on the way back the driver happened to mention that they were passing by his house. Mister Rogers insisted they stop and spent the rest of the night entertaining that man's family with stories and songs. You didn't post the rest of the story. Mister Rogers never forgot about the man, and later when Mister Rogers learned the man was dying, he went to go visit him in the hospital. Never even forgot about the "little people," though he'd never refer to them that way.

That thing about doot.jpg is that it was first posted ages back in an earlier version of the GBS Critterquest thread where goons take pictures of all sorts of wildlife. Often they can't identify it themselves and, without fail, someone will be able to identify that species in a matter of hours. Every possible variety of bug, fish, bird, spider you can imagine. All identified by goons quicker than you'd believe possible. All except for doot.jpg No-one has a drat clue what the hell it is.

I am just posting while cuddling my one-month-old nephew, who I must say I consider an exceptionally cute baby, and I like to kiss his little button nose and his little round cheeks, and it occurs to me: how weird is it for babies when we kiss them? New babies use their mouths for one thing, feeding; they're not up to the 'stick things in your mouth to investigate them' stage. So I wonder what the hell he makes of me briefly pressing my lips on his cheek. Then I remember he sucked my nose once when he was hungry so we're basically even stevens. The baby in question, so you know it's not just aunt bias about him being cute: We know intellectually that when a baby this young makes what looks like a smile it's just a random facial movement but COME ON THAT'S A CUTE SMILE, also the beginnings of Tintin hair.

Samoyed pics never fail to make me smile, and I want one so goddamn badly, but something tells me having a big floofy dog that sheds constantly is not exactly the best idea for someone who's allergic to pretty much everything with fur
