The one thing that does concern me about that ad is he says it has a Chevy small block 403 bored out to 407, but the largest SBC is a 400, a 403 is an Olds small block, not Chevy. Which doesn't fit with him having a Corvette cam in there, as there's no such thing for a BOP V8 since Corvettes have never used Olds engines. So either he's got a stroked 400 SBC (the 400 already has siamesed bores and can't be bored out any more than it already is, so the only way to increase displacement is by stroking it) with a 'vette cam, or he's got a BOP 403 bored over with a mystery cam in there.
