I'm on mobile now and can't find the link, but GameStop (I think) has the PS4 for $399 bundled with Last of Us and GTAV for Black Friday. And I think the Xbone for like $299-349 bundled with AC Unity and Black Flag.

Dragon Age Inquisition is insanely huge, I'm 20 hours in and only just finished Act 1 and got to Skyhold and I haven't even finished exploring the first outdoor area and there's like 5 or 6 more outdoor areas I haven't even touched

Ok GiPnerds I'm trying to decide between Xbox One and a PS4. I haven't owned a PlayStation since the first one (still have it along with my Dreamcast) so I really don't know poo poo about PlayStation stuff these days. Can someone give me the pros/cons of the two? Honestly the only reason I'm considering PS4 is because it seems like most of you have one and I'd rather play online with you guys than randoms.

Guys who own both seem to buy online-centric games for the PS4 so we can do GiP poo poo. What you'll be missing out on is stuff like Forza, Halo, Gears of War on the Xbone and Gran Turismo, God of War, Naughty Dog games (Uncharted, The Last Of Us, etc), and other first party stuff on the ps4.

ps4 is faster/better looking and i have some complaints about the ps4 UI but they've got nothing on the mess that the xbone's is xbone has better exclusives at the moment but i don't see that continuing for long

Well, MS did fix a lot of the dumb poo poo they did/were planning to do. The recent price drop helps, too. And if you have a 360/PS3 that works you can trade it in for another $100 off. That's more than I could get for selling my ancient 20 GB 360 (2006 refurb). Worth noting that so far the PS4 has outsold the Xbone by about 2:1.

I bought my ps4 when I was high on cold meds and don't actually remember doing it, and I still don't regret it. I dunno when it comes to consoles I guess the question is would you rather have forza or gran turismo and would you rather have halo or uh... uncharted anyway what I'm trying to say here is build a gaming pc
