Looks like Ben and I are going to do a Dark Souls 2 co-op run for our next (well, first, heh) LP, while Iggy is wrapping up his. Good time to get some practice in while grinding some souls to help out with some co-op DLC later on. I'll be here at http://www.twitch.tv/broopgamers/ for around 3-4 hours (unless I get tired and wimp out again  ).Challenge run will be "Nothing Good." Both meanings there: no top-tier items (like early game maces), anything with S scaling or the best weapon of any class (so regular twinblades are OK, red iron winblades aren't), and we can commit as much Sin as the viewers desire. I'm basically just doing this to have fun, so feel free to drop by and suggest things! Only thing that's non-negotiable is one Ring slot for the soul farming. Edit: OK, done. Geez, I was out of practice. Good thing we did that stream, heh. On the road to ~2m souls, we ended up with... a smidge under 200k. Clearly, our work is cut out for us. OK, part 2 of ? of Dark Souls 2, starting at http://www.twitch.tv/broopgamers/ as always. I'll probably take about 10-15 minutes to get stuff squared away, then it's on with the soul-gathering. Feel free to drop by and tell me what to do, got a lot of levels burning a hole in our pockets.  NPCs  : Edit: And done. Chat went quiet, I guess Tuesday's a slow night or something. Up to 500k souls, and we'll be dealing with some Old Ones next time (possibly late tomorrow or afternoon-ish Friday or both). Most fun part of this so far is trying out weapons that normally gather dust. Used the Heide Spear on the gargoyles, old knight halberd a lot, etc. The winged spear has been the MVP so far; I heard one of the patches buffed spears, and that definitely seems to hold true.
