I expected it the moment he ended up in that cool reverend suit. Which was not only a great visual design, but it was perfectly animated too. What made me think was the large amount of Dib/Bill/ipper art. Not even the same show.

I have a tumblr and before I actually started watching Gravity Falls, somebody I followed for Pacific Rim stuff very abruptly started drawing Gravity Falls artwork. I didn't really mind it, until one day (after Sock Opera aired presumably because it was Bipper), I loaded up my dash and oh jesus, there's porn of a twelve year old cartoon kid on my dash, guess I'm unfollowing that guy forever. The problem with the tumblr GF fandom appears to be that there's just no adult main characters for them to safely lust after unless you're into 80 year old conmen or pudgy handymen. So you're basically left with people being creepy incest shippers or people being creepy about Bill.

I made the mistake of searching bipper after Sock Opera Twitter and see a drawing of dipper pulling his intestines out. For the most part now I'll stick with mark moring and his occasionally suggestive stuff

Because of recommendations in this thread and elsewhere, I decided to give Over The Garden Wall a try. I don't really like the setting, but I do really like the characters. It took a while for them to grow on me though - I almost gave up because of the setting with the third episode, but I stuck it out for one more and that hooked me to the end. Also having Christopher Lloyd as one of the voices helped.
