All men look good in a properly-fitting suit. That's the whole point. The "properly-fitting" part is what's key, and Cena *might* be able to use something off the rack with some pretty significant tailoring or even a made to measure suit, but in all reality, he's probably one of the few men who would legitimately need a bespoke suit.

I wish I could find pictures to illustrate, but any suit coat HHH might have worn in the late 90's was a comically huge combination of OTR and old, baggy "european style" of men's suits. His suits fit slightly better when Evolution first started being a thing, but it's kind of amusing to see everyone in humongous suits except Flair, who obviously has the finest tailors.
