Jesus Christ, his face. I did think last chapter was pretty weird, but now I'm glad they rushed through all the setup to give us this chapter because holy poo poo. The chapter was also very, very cute, so it's got all things good about this manga going for it!

I like how when Shirogami's dad finds them in the doorway, as he kneels there in shock one of his little bat bros is just sort of patting him on the shoulder with it's wing like "It's gonna be ok man, I feel ya."

You know what I like about this manga? It's so obvious that Asahi is in love with Youko that barring people like Shiho (whose perverseness is probably supernatural) and occasions like Mikan getting nekkid (and even then it's more embarrassment), he doesn't really react to other ladies. I mean, Aizawa was just a few inches away from him and he was all "Oh, hey there. You okay?" I don't think any other typical harem thing would do that.
