That's pretty much the gist of the show. it looks like a show about dudes killing each other but is about bros being goofy.

I liked Buddy Complex but I recognize that it was dead in the water from the get-go. The sequel OVA is pretty fun but probably precisely because it's half a season's worth of stuff happening in two episodes. Valvrave worked better for them (are there even model kits of the Valiancers? cause the Valvrave ones are rad), this is them doing that again. I have literally no idea if cross ange is good or bad anymore. This is exactly how I felt about Valvrave so there's a 70% chance the second half of this show will be the most boring poo poo. The two episodes of them escaped in the world only to find out no, everyone really is a racist sack of poo poo and it's not just the man keeping them down were surprisingly not trainwrecky which makes me aghast to think of the possibility that maybe, astonishingly, someone who knows how to write is on the staff Gyra_Solune fucked around with this message at 20:27 on Dec 18, 2014 |
