I tried the same thing. When the SNES was current I wasn't old enough to care about RPGs, I guess. I'd like to be able to play through them on my phone, but touch controls are awful.

Super Mario RPG is the best game though.

Are they pushing fake crowd noise over the game? It's like a really light white noise that sounds kind of like a crowd at full go but sounds really weird without an actual crowd to support it.

also even though it was PS1 Chrono Cross was a worthy sequel and gently caress square for aborting that series

one of the devs for the chrono series flipped out a few years ago when asked if they would ever make another game in the series and was all "people always ask me about that series and if they'd want us to make more they should've bought the DS port!!!!"
