What if the same dude is doomed to repeat the nightmare knight shtick until someone of his equipment type becomes the hero, and he has to somehow get them to become the NK so he can be freed And he's been stuck with it for 100 years because the RNG hates him

A knight-type hero is faster for any%, but if you want to speedrun the NK 100% category, you need a wizard, cause he can pretty much one-cycle the final boss.
