Well, apparently Malcolm was drugging her so maybe she's got an excuse? After all, going with him in the first place can probably be chalked up to some of her own traumatization and mental breakdown. And didn't he basically get right on board with killing Merlyn as soon as he figured out he killed Sara and drugged Thea? He only stopped because of the Thea/League blackmail scheme Merlyn pulled.
