first session back at boxing for the new year, feels good man* *except for the realization of how incredibly unfit i've become since surgery, but on the plus side i'm seeing the surgeon on monday to see if i'm allowed to increase my activity so fingers crossed. god i want to get back on skates.

i ran 2 miles on a treadmill yesterday and now i got 2 big loving blisters because my "running" shoes that are not very old at all have a hosed up insole and it hurts to walk now lesson learned: never exercise

started doing yoga once a week at a friends suggestion. Always thought I would hate it, but after 3 weeks, I'm going to try to do it twice a week. I'm pretty terrible at it, but goddamn if I dont feel greta the rest of the day afterwards. It'll probably help my mobility for lifting too. Why did I think I would hate it so much????
