Also he's massively overweight; I'd have hated to be the guy trudging round Bronson Cave and environs in Californian sun wearing that getup. Maybe he sweated off some pounds  All the extra stick-out bits I modelled up in Wings3D and ran off with my little 3D printer, made things a lot easier then doing it all 'by hand'. Now I just need to rig up some cooling inside so I don't fog up in two minutes, and maybe buy a child's 'bubble gun' and gut it / install to fit a bubble-port in the top of the helmet  Oh yes, the mouthpiece is held on with magnets, and can be removed to allow a beer bottle entrance.
