What the hell happened to fall so far behind? Yesterday we were a bit behind from the PC woes setting up Morrowind and Necrodancer, and then that Isaac runner took his sweet time. What else went wrong?

They've been having absurd set up issues the whole marathon. Yesterday they were already a few hours behind. Just in the past few minutes, Sneak King took over fifteen minutes to set up and it's not the only game that's had that kind of problems.

Also, the runners have been much closer to estimate than they have been in the past. The vast majority of runners in years past finished about 20% ahead of estimate to allow for problems. Now it's people finishing almost exactly on estimate.

Something went wrong with Ryan "Ryan Hart" Hart's TV, so the Megaman X Race ran really late.

The "game of the year" thing on the box for The Last Ninja is because it was an extremely popular Commodore 64 game before it got the NES port.

I guess if this was a NES game the graphics are pretty impressive, at least.

The overlapping blocks has been really well done imo.

Also gently caress the haters, this and Karnov own.

Last Ninja was one of the few games I didn't have in my C64 days. What exactly is the point of this game? It just seems like a ninja going on his daily commute across town.

Just gotta keep walking down that road.
This game looks terrible but also pretty cool in some weird way.

These were pretty big back in the day, there were at least 3 Last Ninja games. Also, the First Samurai games' name is a joke on them.

How is it that difficult to switch out consoles? Like, I get it for PC's and arcade boards, those can take a bit just due to cable management, but for consoles it's all plug and play. Did they not have clean access to the TV ports or something?

Spoiler Alert and No Time to Explain are absolute rubbish, but Speedrunners is okay. Can't speak for the rest though.
