Sinister is going to completely style on MTPO like it's not even funny, but since he's not doing it blindfolded like 2013 or 2014 I almost don't care. Zallard beating Super Punch-Out blindfolded was so insane. e: I'm sure he's not doing it blind because he probably wants to actually beat Tyson.

Given the length of the run I would imagine Title Defense is happening since most of the fighters can be quick KO'ed and I don't see it taking 55 minutes to do just the normal game, but who knows.

You have to get two knock downs in each round without taking damage. e: Technically you just have to have full health I guess, so you could get knocked down in round three and then get up on 9 for a full refill.
