I think he only used the cheat sheet to remember what names he was supposed to put in from donations. He's done this so long the rest is practically reflexive.

I can't remember a donation incentive not being met, the closest I can recall is last year the tracker went down during the Duke3D run and the runner was like "well it was really close, so they probably met the goal" and did the glitch exhibition anyways.

AGDQ2015 has shaken off a lot of its first-day woes but not hitting goals and potentially not outdoing 2014 isn't a good sign.

I mentioned this earlier, but the Gen 1 Pokemon games have ZERO memory protection, there just wasn't space on the cart for it.

There was a pretty neat LP of Pokemon Blue awhile back done here on the SA subforum that showed off a lot of stuff that Werster did.

It's weird, I love Metroid Prime the game but not Metroid Prime the speedrun. Which is odd cause I've never had that issue with other Metroid games. I dunno what rubs me wrong about it, even though there's so many cool tricks to perform.

Based on the past AGDQs? Pretty good. Lots of donations come in at the end.

We're already ahead of where we were going into the morning of the last day last year, especially when you factor in the Humble Bundle (which is about $140k to the charity last I heard), and the last day always pulls in a ton of stuff. The pattern seems to be a surge at the start, a slowly receding pace during the week, and then another big spike at the end.

So if we don't at least break a million I'll eat my shoe.

They also used to hype Pokémon stuff a lot more beforehand and I literally only heard the incentive mentioned that one time just before the run. It feels like they haven't really been pimping incentives nearly as aggressively in general.

Need more airtime for that Tiny Build commercial. What are those dudes actually contributing to AGDQ? Twitch, Yetee, Humble Bundle, and even Something Artistic at least have something to add, but it seems like these w9rld gaming and tiny build guys have their name on the stream overlay.
