The dungeons are really varied and the subweapons are pretty fun to dick around in. Don't try to 100% the kinstones, though: some of them are one time only deals so you need to farm a shitton of them in the beginning just to be prepared for them.

ALBW is a fun run to watch if only because there are a bunch of interesting skips in that game that, unlike some other Zelda games, the community actually allows themselves to do.

It's in the canon to save them (according to Metroid Fusion) but it takes some time to do. It's mostly just a niche donation war that happens every year.
