Josip Kovač, Dubrovnik Polis As one of the foremost republics and forces of freedom in the world, it behooves us to look to our own internal matters and see what needs cleaning. Our political system is still mired in the older style we established in the dark days of the revolution, when our principles were still untested. Now that we have proven the abilities of our republic and our system, it is on us to improve it more and make it more equitable to the rest of the people in the republic. I find the idea of electing the uper house based on population to be not good. Two per state ensures our smaller polis are able to have their voices heard equally in the halls of legislation while our lower house is the house of the people. ##Support the Semi-reputable Jurist These 99.5% margins in the Capitolino have done nothing but dilute the party's purpose and principles-- we need proportional representation so that voters can easily identify their candidates by brand names without having to look into their individual beliefs!

##Support the Semi-reputable Jurist In what true democracy can a minority of the population elect a minority of the government? Should arbitrary lines on a map and lazy mathematics allow us to so wilfully disregard the consent of the governed -- the very foundation of our republic? No, I say! Let us adopt a system of proportional representation so the make-up of our government can truly reflect the will of the people. Many hear speak frettingly of nationalism and how it might threaten to tear the fabric of our nation apart. Militant nationalism is not a disease, it is a symptom. The disease is unresponsive, unrepresentative government. Proportional representation is our inoculation against this disease, and in turn our cure for nationalism. Even if you care not for the will of the people, if you value the long term stability of our great republic you must vote for this reform!

Proportional representation because it's the right thing to do... how about governance by the governed? I'm sure the masses of non-Greeks are biding their time for some massive revolts. This is one step away from those despicable tolerators... There are more important things in the world than comparing the length of one's humanist credo.
