so I shelled out 10 bucks today for private messages to play forums mafia, and while i'm throwing money at lowtax I thought I might as well get a cool avatar and someone pointed me towards this thread because i have no idea what I want to get, so if anyone has any cool or dumb suggestions I'm down as HELL to just throw away 5 bucks on some frivolous poo poo I just can't think of any good avatars to go with my username and posting style (funny&good)

I've been trying to figure it out with photoshop. Turns out the trick to finding actually useful guides and answers was adding "photoshop" to my searches.

the last step to animated gifs in Photoshop is "save for web". it gives you a nice preview as you tweek the gif settings and you can even use an option to auto optimize to a certain file size
