I've decided to stop drinking. I wonder how this will affect my tanking. For one, my damage dealt per game seems to have gone up... I'm still terrible at tanks. Although now I've unlocked the Jagdtiger without using any freexp throughout the entire grind!

In fact, the driver enjoys a whopping 45 degree frontal view through narrow periscopes. Drivers take their commands from the tank commander, who backs them up, drives them forward, etc. trusting the commander to not drive them all into a ditch. In fact, the driver is usually the lowest ranking and least experienced person on the vehicle.

Yeah, that's exactly how I got my 4k spotting done. Got like 3k done by spotting the south team's crossing to the town (which had the side effect of pretty much winning us the game outright, they were down 2 tanks before the town fight even started), then got my last thousand by driving around their base like a crazy person and tracking fools

Not that you get actual good vision with those, I think the idea is to have someone guiding you, if you're doing maneuvers that are more precise then "through that wall and over that car" It also had a rear-view camera for the driver since the 2A5 I think. The indigenously-upgraded variant of the 2A4 used by the Swiss IIRC also has one. Magni fucked around with this message at 04:14 on Feb 2, 2015 |

Fun fact: they make nearly all of their money by selling virtual marriage certificates so you can enter holy matrimony with the waifu of your choice. They get repeat customers because polygamy is a thing, and also because you can get your waifu perma-killed if you're not paying attention. It's like dating your best soldier in X-Com.

There are some replays of it on wotreplays.com and it looks pretty powerful in tier7 games. There are also some replays of people with T-55As, which just shows that some people have no life. I would expect none of these mission tanks to be that common, since only good players will actually manage to get the T28 Concept.

If you can get any kind of height advantage, the upper plate is really soft if you're shooting down onto it. From head on, the weld seams are pennable, the gun bubbles are weak spots too if you hit them flush. The recess behind the gun pivot is tougher than the rest of it from the side too. kemikalkadet fucked around with this message at 11:14 on Feb 2, 2015 |

(My favourite ship is the Deutschland class, because putting 11" guns on a cruiser is pretty rad.) Also these missions are rather infuriating, you get some kind of cockblocker mission that relies way too much on the RNG or those games where both of your teams are just incompetent enough, then it follows up with "Deal 1000 damage!" or "Deal damage six times!" and you just wonder what the hell.

If Europe, pester the EU thread in PGS for an invite to 2PAC, the EU stronghold against the pubbies. If NA, gently caress if I know. For lines to grind, KV-1 to IS7 is easy and good, US heavies and mediums are also good. Do the M6 before the T29 to get the 90mm, or everyone will laugh at your stock T29 with the 76mm.
