One of the things they've avoided was having the other world bleed through into the human world. Having this get thrown out the window as drat near the first thing makes great sense for a game that seems intended to be taking a new path.

That "bar" looks more like a coffee shop to me, what with the coffee pots and the jars of coffee in the background. The chips and drinks are probably snacks that they have brought into there.

It's just the chandelier hopping part and the scene where they're running through a hallway dodging rocks looks straight up like Yukiko's Castle from P4 though so I feel there's probably some Other World element. There are also full on knights walking around that lobby area and that makes me doubt it's straight Tokyo. It might just be like a P1/P2 thing where the demon world is loving up the real world something fierce. The very beginning part of the trailer feels like something made for the trailer.
