Take a half cup of salt and 5 teaspoons of sriracha. Mix the two together, spread the resulting paste onto a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper and let it dry for a day or two. Stir it once or twice then keep in whatever airtight container you have. You can also preheat an oven to like 350 and then turn it off and stick the cookie sheet in if you don't want to wait that long but I've had better results with the air drying.
