Why would anyone think that Kalista build is a good idea. That cannot possibly be a good idea. 2 lifesteal items, a hurricane, and a defensive item. No IE, No Zeal, No LW. I just. I don't know. I can respect the unique nature of Kalista's kit and that some or part of that item choice is a good idea, but all of it combined seems like Gambit got a guy massively fed who subsequently built his champion like he was playing an ARAM.

I don't know. i was just thinking the same thing but a lot of people seem to be doing that build, no zeal item and IE last.. seems kinda lame to not get any crit until your very last item, idk e: http://www.probuilds.net/champions/Kalista no idea but yeah

Sneaky's Kalista debut in NA LCS two weeks ago was BOTRK/Hurricane/BT/LW/something else (I no longer recall and can't check at the moment). Did he go LW before BT? Edit: That said we've seen a lot of weird poo poo with Kalista, I don't think Doublelift built what Sneaky built besides the Hurricane and I recall Cop going Hurricane/PD/IE/BT with no LW and something else in a full damage build.

I'm sure they just want to survive longer for the stacks, and i guess your secondary attacks can't crit... It isn't as bad after thinking about it, but it depends on your playstyle I think.

Kalista loves AD and attack speed because of Rend doing nothing with crit, that's why. Of course later on her right clicks hit so hard that getting crit becomes good. I haven't watched this game as I have to write fuckloads of code so I'm kind of glad it's the disastrous cripple fight I thought it'd be. I'm getting the full Gambit experience (or at least as much as I can take) just reading the thread
