Probably transplanted, but they can do miracles with hair replacement now if guys are willing to spend enough money (best example in my mind is Chavo Gurrerro was had a full horseshoe at one point but now has a hairline appropriate for his age).

Didn't the Raptors plan on following the 76ers tank plan when they hired Masai and then they were better than expected so they decided to run with their current squad or was the plan always to have Casey and Co. try to make the playoffs?

They were actively trying to trade Lowry, and I think may have had New York's ownership step in to block an agreed-on deal (Shumpert, New York's first, and something else I think) and then the team just kinda started winning.

e: That said, they weren't planning on tanking going into the season. Their initial starting five (with Gay) had been pretty good the year before so they wanted to run with the Bargnani-free team. But that combination started sucking, and the team was 6-12, so Ujiri decided to blow it up.

The Raptors seem to have a bigger swing in results than other teams with respect to playing with max effort and not max effort. This might be because of Casey's "old school" rotation-heavy defensive scheme. Their defensive scheme also seems to depend strongly on Amir Johnson's ankles.

So with both of those things in their favour (max effort for three rounds and Amir being and staying fully healthy) they certainly could win the East, but they wouldn't be favourites and those aren't the easiest conditions to meet in the first place.

Just a general guideline, not a rule. FCC has no power over the content of cable, only over the air networks. They could show nasty porn if they wanted to.

Rose went 12-24 with just 2 3PA and 30 points. Still not fantastic but an improvement.

Tony Snell's blossoming is just wonderful to see. The Bulls suddenly have an abundance of wings, like the beautiful child of Nike and Ganesha.

Is Tony Snell actually good or just having a really good luck streak? Like that's 4 games in a row he's looked like a good NBA player.

Also Rose got his teammates a ton of open looks tonight and he played his rear end off defensively for a change. Everyone looked good.

Yeah as much as I hate this cop out I'm kinda starting to actually think Rose is mostly not giving a gently caress the regular season and is waiting for the playoffs cause poo poo man. When he wants to look good he still can might not hit the shots but he is still moving and attacking.

Basically when he plays a good PG on national TV he will play his rear end off defensively. Was great against Curry, Parker, Irving, and Lillard. Uneventful game against the Magic and he's taking the night off.

Snell is so slithery. When his shot falls he looks pretty good. When it doesn't he seems lost. I like him as a future very good role player.
