If anybody in the U.S. still wants a paper copy of the Charlie Hebdo “survivors” issue, your local Barnes and Noble probably has it now for $8.50 (according to the non-removable sticker pasted over the original bar code). Anyone who says Bitey's limerick didn't scan would be absolutely APPALLED at how often Shakespeare's verse didn't conform to iambic pentameter  Seriously, the line "To be or not to be: that is the question" has a feminine ending. The most famous line of iambic pentameter ever written uses that trick. It isn't a new idea.
