Mr and Mrs Duck go and stay in a nice hotel.

One night they call room service for some condoms as things are heating up.

The guy arrives and says "do you want me to put it on your bill"

Mr Duck says "what kind of pervert do you think I am?!

Not exactly, it seems to deviate a bit from your standard population density and "lights at night" maps.

I see it particularly along coasts, swamps, and rivers. This goes hand-in-hand with the other map that shows the natural sound level of the environment without human noise. Low population areas along those naturally louder locations are marked louder than similarly low population areas in the middle of the plains or in high mountains.

Look at Florida for instance, the Everglades remain quite loud despite most of it being uninhabited, but you can see on the second map that it's an environment that's naturally quite loud. You also really see it in the bottom edges of Louisiana, which doesn't actually have much in the way of people since much of it is near-constantly underwater.

So urbanites - especially Londoners - self-identify as British and rural folks English? Seems like this would mostly result from immigrants adopting the nationality but not the ethnicity of their new home?

There's a moment when you go camping (or at least when I do, primarily in those brown areas) when you set everything up, and you just sit down and listen. It's the most eerie sound in the world, especially after being used to the city or the sound of a car for hours on end.

It's interesting that a lot of the red areas are also places where UKIP are doing well.

Notable blue areas: Bradford, Leicester, and Birmingham all have high Asian populations. Cambridge is very liberal and cosmopolitan.

Kinda, practically the same as Sunnis in rituals and practice, the difference is mostly in historical narrative and some beliefs (buck stops at Omar, Uthman and Ali aren't considered righteously guided etc)
