Got a question for you guys and I don't know if we have a thread dedicated to "How to Stream".

I'm thinking about streaming some Deus Ex HR tonight, but I don't want to run it in a window just so I can see the chat. The last time I tried running a second monitor for that it ended... poorly. I'm using OBS and hitbox. Is there a program out there that will overlay the chat on my game window? I found a bunch of programs that work for twitch, but I find hitbox works better for me.

Apologies if this is in the wrong place.

If you're in a pinch (streaming tonight for example), you can always use a smart phone or tablet device and watch your own stream with it. The app doesn't require you to be logged in and the chat can be popped out.

I'm sure that there is software which exists to do what you want as well but this method can get you by for tonight at least.
