I don't care if you say it's fake, just bringing attention to that's bad enough.

The split between gameplay and cut-scene is about 70 / 30 to gameplay and during my time playing I never felt that the cut scenes were taking over and I was just sitting there watching a movie. 9.5 / 10

I got the premium edition free and just finished it under 6 hours. My review Pros - excellent graphics - excellent sound design Cons - false advertising. I fought zero vampires and 5 wolves. - might as well have been call of duty 1886 with the amount of humans I killed - standard gears of war gameplay with no new innovation The backdrop of this new ip has potential but they really need a good story teller to write the next one.

Nice troll, they brought in the Emmy-award winning script writer of HBO's John Adams, this will be the first game story that manages to surpass the very best of what other media can offer.

I just realised aside from ripping off the Blade Runner speech the ending also seems to be trying to pull an MGS3.

It’s not a bad game, but the inexplicable game design decisions that bog it down, and the relatively short amount of time you actually spend playing, make it a tough sell at $60. It’s one of those games I find myself liking, but even more so wishing were something more—more the game it could have been, and less the game it is. 6.5/10

I mean it's really depressing, especially if that guy got paid.

Dang, son. That Giant Bomb Quick Look of The Order. At least the Order is pro-civil rights. I mean, it even comes with two black bars. Those bars take up 31% of screen when I tried measuring it.

I preordered this game with my PS4 so I guess I'm getting a mediocre game in the mail tomorrow! Regular PS4s were all sold out at the time so I had to preorder one of those PS4 bundles with your choice of game. I chose The Order: 1886 just cuz it had a potentially-interesting setting and that was pretty much all we knew about the game at the time! At the time I did think it was kind of weird that it was one of the preorder choices, seeing as they never said a release date at the time and it definitely wouldn't be with the console release. But now I'm finally getting the game I ordered with my console, wheee

The Kins posted:Dragon's Lair at least had novelty on its side, what with the laserdisc technology and inventing QTEs. Also yeah, Don Bluth Space Ace was better. It actually had branching paths! Cliff Hanger, which was just a Lupin III movie chopped up into a game, was also better because it had TWO buttons (hand and foot)! I'm old.
