Lots of talk about potential "government censorship" in the news regarding net neutrality, but literally no mention of the fact that ISPs have already been caught engaging in censorship in the past, which is something this bill aims to prevent. Unbelievable how utterly worthless the mainstream media has become in informing people

Can't let the government impede the free marketquote:In the meantime, though, it means that the FCC has taken an unprecedented and fear-reaching step in order to make good on one of the Obama administration’s long-running political priorities—a step that solves no significant existing problem, but is instead designed largely to fend off hypothetical harms, and give the agency far more power over the Internet in the process.

Its rider was named Unmetered Bandwidth, and Peer-to-Peer Sharing was following close behind him. They were given power over a fourth of the earth to serve by high-definition video, teleconferencing, torrents, and multiplayer gaming, and by the wild downloads of the earth. When he opened the fifth seal, I saw under the bench the souls of those who had lost profits because of the FCC and the testimony they had maintained. They called out in a loud voice, “How long, Sovereign GOP, conservative and true, until you repeal this decision and avenge our profits?” Then each of them was given a football stadium, and they were told to wait a little longer, until the full number of their fellow telecoms, their AT&T's and Time Warners, were killed just as they had been.
