Kinda 50/50 on this. Pat's face is sufficiently scowly, but Matt's mouth is unnervingly pouty...

Pat mentioned it in the first one, but they really make a great co-op team when they aren't actively trying to kill each other. I love the way Pat keeps acting all amazed every time Matt finds something.

Yeah Pat's more of an active player that doesn't look for stuff (tunnel vision I guess?) whereas Matt tends to explore more. So their dynamics complement each other really well. But I wonder if they're going to switch characters in the next episode?

I don't really see why they should. I also have a hard time imagining Pat letting go of a classic RE character like Claire or Matt wanting to be in charge of the actiony shoot mans duties.

Matt has some good recommendations all things considered (and I'm not saying that just because I have to). Another good one was The Guest with substitute Ryan Gosling. Which is a really good thriller with another kickass 80s-esq soundtrack. There's even a song from Perturbator who was featured in Hotline Miami.

(I think the "science" is that cats lack object permanence and didn't evolve depending on herd mentality, but they're not dumber - they're just aloof and won't do poo poo unless they feel like it.)
