Just stumbled on this Triumph show and it's awesome. I love Maltin in the closet and Triumph being Triumph. Maltin's movie reviews are the source for the Leonard Maltin game, which you can hear played on most Doug Loves Movies podcasts. He's also the guy that gave Laserblast 2.5 stars, for you MST3K fans.

It's because the first two HP episodes featured a clip from a Sedaris film... one where a man tried to catch a frisbee lined with razor blades and got his fingers chopped off in the process, and one where a guy flew a remote control toy helicopter with a little rocket launcher attached to it. I believe the helicopter clip is from Fit To Kill, but I could be wrong on that. There's at least one other scene in Sedaris's filmography where they do that toy helicopter thing, either with another toy helicopter or an RC car. ... I...... enjoy old 90's T&A clips.

Actually, speaking of old 90's clips on Hot Package, I think the Abso-Lutely vanity card might be from an old Pussyman porno. I can't remember the exact title, but I want to say it's from sometime around 1993 or so. I specifically remember a scene from an old porn movie where a man in a hot pink baseball cap turns to the camera and appears to form that word with his mouth. Kill La Kill: GET TO CLASS ON TIME. ALSO PIES. Gurren Lagann: With the power of love, Team Dai-Gurren breaks through dimensions to find the Anti-Spiral homeworld. A bunch of secondary characters die. One Piece: Chopper tries to fight off Kumadori, but despite using two of his Rumble Balls, he is unable. He takes a risk by using a third Rumble Ball and GOES MONSTER. No Goonami this week, I think y'all are doing Kaguya.

The back and forth to finish the fight with Vegeta took forever originally, I wonder how they'll shorten it. Is today the other cool KLK epis- oh wait it's just the one with the dropped subplot voiced by Kenshiro. Seriously I don't think I've seen something dropped so hard.

Just an aside, in the movie version of TTGL (Which is just a re-telling with some changes, mostly regarding the large battle sequences. Its not dubbed so that sucks.) this whole mass death thing just never happens and every character that's killed off in that sequence lives to the very end.
