The english voice actor for Simon is so much better than the Japanese one, it's unreal. That final speech of his this episode, particularly the "ONE MACHINE, EQUAL TO THE GODS!" has so much OOMPH to it that the Japanese one, while good, just cannot compare to A lot of the voice actors are way better, really. Only exception is Kamina's and A: there's not much you can do to compete with Katsuyuki Konishi for voice acting chops, and B: he was really starting to get the hang of it, pity about the whole "lol ded" thing
