While shooting black and white you could apply a yellow filter (an option on some cameras) to get the clouds to pop a little more as well as play with the color channels a bit in post process.

The colors are so nice and the road you have to stand in to get the shot never has any traffic. There is a bus stop there though.

There is a bus stop there though. Long exposure (like 60 seconds) as a bus pulls out of the stop at night. Steaky ghost-lights look cool.
