it's weird how some bands used the fairlight back in the day and sound fine these days and some sound like they composed the album on a Super Nintendo welcome to the pleasuredome: done in the studio almost entirely with drum machines and samplers and a landmark as far as its production goes songs from the big chair: one of my favorite albums, they were smart enough to put gated reverb and other effects over everything sign o the times: funky as all hell anything devo made after 1984: sounds like tinny canned rear end
