The cops let them be cause when they chased em it either ended up in nothing or dead black kids. How many inner city black kids are getting out to the country to steal bikes from people with impunity? But I have heard stories of dudes buyin bikes without titles and whatnot and not caring at all.

If I rode a quad in the park, my dad would have kicked my rear end and sold the quad (if I'd had one). I understand why (in general) the cops don't chase them, but it's still bullshit that they are basically "allowed" to do that because you know, enforcing the law is hard or something.

Yeah and street riders with papers did the same thing to a driver a while back so let's just paint all street riders with the same brush too. I got yelled at to SLOW DOWN! by an old guy in a Silverado. It would make sense if I was speeding or driving recklessly but this was while I was crawling at 15mph uphill on an unpaved road in the middle of nowhere. Also, I was slowing down and moving over to the right because he was taking up the middle of the road coming down the hill. I was honestly hoping he would call the number plastered all over the outside of the car so I could hear exactly what the hell he was so upset about.

Some rear end in a top hat in a BMW skidded off the road into one of the poles to our power lines. My office has had no power all morning. He tried to flee by taking the tags off his car and calling his buddy to come get him but the police arrived first. He was last seen being cuffed and loaded into the back of a police cruiser. Still waiting for the power to come back on two and a half hours later.

The only people I've seen fly through my neighborhood are in cop cars, either heading to or from the cop shop at the end of my street. My street is so cracked up though, nobody else goes more than 20 despite the street being signed for 30.

I was going to turn left to pull into a shopping center off a busy highway. Someone was just sitting in the driveway entrance/exit, no signal, nothing. I waited a moment in the suicide lane staring right at them in hopes that the driver would realize he/she's supposed to signal or something. Nope. So then I waited for traffic to clear and just went around him. He/she still didn't move for another five minutes or so, and he/she/it eventually turned right. Really? You're going to sit in the middle of the entrance/exit and text your boyfriend? You couldn't do that before pulling out of the parking spot?
