Neither officially "debuted". They've had main roster matches and hype packages, but always accompanied by NXT graphics just like prior Takeover specials that were mildly hyped. Any actual debut will likely be as much of a reboot as Bo Dallas post-2013 Rumble. I think the only exception to this is the Lucha Dragons on Main Event for the last few weeks, and that's only half accurate due to Kalisto because Sin Cara's already main roster.
