I feel like the burst AD build might actually out-perform generic stat ball tank Jarvan now because he's lost so much of his free kit stats that he's not a good vessel for the standard competitive jungle items. The bonus AD ratios on Q and R might be the only good thing left about him.

If you go damage J4 you have to be able to delete someone in one combo because if you don't you are the most useless piece of poo poo on the map.

J4 just has too much easy CC and lategame utility to fall too far out of the meta without his kit being nerfed even more than it has been.
