I get bored easily with T20s tbh, especially when they seem so pointless. If the IPL was half the length than it is then it would be a little more interesting, but I get sick of T20s after a couple of games and can't watch two months worth of the things. I think part of it is the commentary: people shouting "this is exciting!" all of the time begins to grate after a while, especially when Danny bloody Morrison seems to be at every game...goatface posted:The Windies have recalled Bishoo. and the championship started today for the three people in the country that care. sussex, as always, manage to somehow have a kinda alright team but play terribly I don't care that its not the most exciting type of cricket in the world but there's something nice about sitting outside on a nice sunny day listening to cricket on the radio, even if it is the county championship goatface posted:At the university ground. to be fair, it is a nice ground. Lotsa the older unis have nice grounds with pavilions and the like: even up here. Glasgow has an open field with the only enclosed space being our scoring box, which is falling to bits and probably won't last much longer. At least they've cut us a square this year: last year we had to play all of our games on the artificial wicket because the uni forgot that you need to cut the grass to make a cricket wicket.
