I've been rereading the series on a whim. I totally forgot about the bonus chapter where Young Saitama is fighting the guy who shadowboxed his ceiling fan's pull cord a lot. It looked like Saitama was not the invincible god he is now, being wracked with pain all the time from training and being taken out by this random weirdo. Then Saitama gets a bad tooth knocked out, he feels much better, and he one-punches the guy. Remember to brush your teeth kids: cavities can take down even the mightiest of heroes.

I like how even the DOs of the King Engine are hazy and out of focus because of the blinding light. Murata playing around with SFX text will never get old to me.

The anime should do a lot to raise the series' profile in the West. I wouldn't be surprised if VIZ got the distribution rights shortly after the show starts airing should it prove to be a hit.

Somebody asked VIZ on their Facebook page "Why won't you release One-Punch Man in print?" and the response was that they only had digital distribution rights. I think a popular adaptation could give them the impetus to push for printing. Sorry, should have clarified.

I mean, I get that he's a huge perfectionist, but goddamn I have a feeling that he's not going to be happy until the story of Onepunch-Man is told via the ceilings of the various cathedrals of Europe. The final volume is only accessible in the Pope's private apartment, the final scene is in the bathroom.

If the previews on Amazon are anything to go by, they either aren't the printed version or the changes are not as extensive. Or all the older chapters on batoto are already using the print version.
