That night in particular I got some footage of the moon to practice stacking frames.  Jupiter's been a lot of fun, too.   It's pretty time consuming, but thankfully Tycho is good company.

Then rear end in a top hat comes and will attack her, and zoomies ensue. After she finds a place to hide from him, he'll start howling like an idiot until I yell at him to shut up. This is when he finally comes to bed and lays down. Cats are odd creatures.

My theory is that he was going senile and forgot that there were people in the house, got lonely and started howling to hope someone heard him. The very instant he left in the morning, that poor dog would set to howling and crying. I let it go to ten minutes once just to see how long it would take him to tire himself out before I broke and went to calm him down. Poor thing was simply despondent.

My cat will go into the stairwell, where the sound carries the best, and yowl when he a) wants food b) wants me out of bed c) just pooped or d) because he feels like it. Cats are jerks.

He also likes to crawl under the bed (where the little one hides) and howl and scream. He's also the one that acts exactly like a dog. If someone comes over, he's right there sniffing them and being a general nuisance. I have never seen a cat that is so doglike in its behavior before this one.
