Sakurai not only realizes it was a critical error to exclude Roy from Smash 4, but he also is going to send everyone with a Platinum Club Nintendo membership a patched copy of Brawl that includes Roy.

In accordance with fans' unwishes Roy's hair will be dyed blue. Takamaru will also be added as a new character, and blue-haired Robin will be made the default costume.

Is it true that the first hit of Mewtwo's jab can combo into tons of stuff like I've heard that you can do first hit of jab->down tilt->forward air, or even at high percentages you can do jab->down b->fsmash. but considering how wonky disable is I'm not sure.

One of the things I noticed about Masterpieces: NES demos in Smash look better than the actual Virtual Console emulation on both the Wii and the Wii U. It's not just my occasional preference for HD-jaggedness over the more authentic SD blurriness. I was able to compare those three versions of of NES Punchout. The colors look more vibrant. Unless if there are options that I'm too lazy to look up in the Wii U settings.

There's no optimization for Wii U NES VC, Nintendo bundles them all with an unremovable filter meant to replicate the true CRT experience or something.

Beat up the enemies, get the stats, pick up customs if they drop, find treasure chests and open them for good stuff, go into doors and complete the challenges for good stuff, win the fight at the end for better-tier rewards.

Smash Run pro-tip: Always use a custom character with lots of attack equipment and maybe some speed. Otherwise enemies take forever to go down.

Equip the rotating blades and the gradual heal, as high lvl. as you have/can equip. Use them on super tough enemies or door challenges. Not much else is necessary.

Guys how do I not suck? Kirby's been my main for years, but I'm not really feeling him anymore. I never use the copy ability to begin with, and people bitch when I pick him anyway. I've been having luck with Ness, Samus, ZS Samus, Marth/Lucina, Robin, and Mewtwo. My grabs either don't go far enough, or the opponent dodges behind me as I grab, any attack where I run and then hit a or left or right on the c-stick tends to go right past them, I'm never able to successfully juggle without getting hit, I have a hard time ending a juggle unless I use ZS' downward kick, I find standard attacks often hitting short, I'm not sure how knocked-down I-frames work, and I have no earthly idea how to deal with either Link's barrage.
