Huh. So, that's some foreshadowing they were doing; anyone remember that panel where Toriko saw into the spirit world or whatever when he grabbed the monkey king's balls and people were saying they saw Guemon, Kaka, and someone else? Turns out those three were apparently just sort of hanging around here.

This ingredient would be pretty amazing in today's world. It's hard to imagine the transgendered living a life free of discrimination, but having a complete biological sex change instantly from drinking a magic and unbelievably delicious soup seems like it would make for both an exponentially easier transition and some degree of greater acceptance.
