A very nice fan comic. I think it's basically at the art level of most weekly series and the writing is nearly there as well (serious walking is of course great, but as a whole it's got room for improvement). In fact, I'll go a step further and say it's the best drawn fan comic I've ever seen, as most fan works are severely lacking in artistic ability, though I haven't read all that many so I may be jumping the gun.

There's a handful of fanwork I've seen out there for various things that I'd say are pretty drat great. The first one that springs to mind is Water Tribe for Avatar: The Last Airbender, although the creator actually storyboarded for a few episodes and did a few of the official comics so maybe that doesn't count as much.

Man King's act is convincing, I completely forgot he didn't have any powers at the end where he gets embarrassed at the end and tries to jump off the balcony claiming he can fly. I was just thinking it would be funny if one of the indestructible S classes thought they could fly but couldn't.

It is a good fancomic but it makes me happy that OPM does not do any weird poo poo that most other manga nowadays do. Like OPM has monsters like Sunflower Man or "I ate too much crab, so I became a crab man!" or just a literal fan, compared to this thing which literally does Loli Monster #12 and Loli Monster #28.

Saitama, stealing someone's game and then deleting their data and breaking their console is not very hero-like! About the fan comic - I like how "sasuga" went untranslated. It seemed like a cute, decently enough written and drawn comic. I feel the loli monsters definitely reveal the author's motivation to center it around Tatsumaki. (Also, I thought the Japanese didn't typically name rivers? [I had a much longer draft written rambling about Japanese town and river names and the Ainu, but I guess I should spare you all that.])

I mean of course there were panels of Tatsumaki butt, but that's par for the course for most shonen manga's, so it didn't strike me as particularly out of place for the fan comic. I'm not gonna hold that against the artist when there's a pretty notorious dark side of fan works that are just outright porn. Anyway, still looking forward to that OPM anime!

Someone I think earlier in this thread said the thing Tatsumaki and Saitama have in common besides the being drawn half-assedly is that they're both top tier. is Tatsumaki kind of taking everything half-assedly too? That's kind of how it feels also I might be the only person on the planet who thinks that King does have some kind of crazy power besides luck that activates when he shuts his eyes and screams like a little girl. but maybe not.

Whether King possesses any particularly superhuman powers or not, the ability to effectively intimidate any mid-level, sentient, non-robotic monster into submission and/or cardiac arrest is pretty useful day-to-day.
