Hello loving children thread. I'm still reading Moby Dick and i just wanted to say i really liked the part where Stubbs was talking to the Frenchman through the translator and is just roasting him while the translator is trying to make him seem cordial. Otherwise it seems like Moby Dick is one good story mixed in with three bad documentaries. Also kind of surprised that neither Ahab or Ishamael are particularly interesting characters compared to the likes of Stubbs of QueQue or the insane guy who thought he was the angel gabriel.
