This gives me a bit of hope because at least so far what we've seen (the mineral changes) has been good. I really wish they'd roll back the nerf to jump bridges a little though, maybe put in industrial jump bridges or something to help out.

So these free implants have an estimated value of 2-3 billion each but only a market value of 100 million. This seems like a great opportunity to scam public haulers out of collaterals by making courier contracts. Throwing in a bunch of junk and then one or two of these implants and then setting the collateral to half the listed value of the cargo.

They steal the cargo and the client cash out five times the value of the implant.

Worst case they deliver it and you lose 20 or so millions for the attempt.
